Question your thoughts.

Seriously, don’t believe everything you think.

Your thoughts are not the truth. Your thoughts are your interpretation of what’s happening.

Your thoughts determine how you feel and act and ultimately your results. So choose wisely.

Choose your conscious thoughts deliberately. Get in the habit of choosing.

Your subconscious mind is trying to keep you safe so it keeps sending up unnecessary warning signals that are unhelpful. So you get to decide what you believe and think.
